3. THE PRINT-ON-DEMAND (POD) MODEL

Guidenim operates as a specialized Print-on-Demand store. This means:

• Custom Production: Products are manufactured only after an order is confirmed.

• Uniqueness: Each item is unique to the customer’s order.

• Logistics: Because of this model, handling times and return policies differ from traditional retail, as detailed in our Shipping and Return policies.

4. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store.

• Modifications: We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.

• Descriptions: All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.

• Discontinuation: We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

5. ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

• Flat Rate Shipping: Guidenim charges a flat rate of $6.99 for shipping within the United States.

• Price Changes: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Our shipping processes are governed by our Shipping Policy.

• Handling: 1 business day.

• Transit: 2-6 business days.

• Cut-off: 5:00 PM (EST), Monday – Friday.

• Risk of Loss: All items purchased from Guidenim are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).

8. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS

Your rights to return products or receive refunds are governed by our Return Policy and Refund Policy.

• 7-Day Refund: Once approved, refunds are processed within 7 business days.

• 30-Day Window: Claims must be made within 30 days of delivery.

• 12-Hour Cancellation: You have 12 hours from the time of purchase to cancel or modify your order.

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Guidenim or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.
