1. ORDERING & PAYMENTS
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club) as well as secure express checkouts through PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Can I change or cancel my order? Yes, but you must act fast! Because we are a Print-on-Demand (POD) store, our production begins almost immediately. You have a 12-hour window from the time of purchase to request any changes or cancellations. After 12 hours, the order is sent to the printer and cannot be modified.
How do I know which size to buy? Every product page at Guidenim features a detailed Size Chart. We highly recommend measuring a shirt you already own and comparing it to our chart. Since we print each item specifically for you, we cannot offer exchanges for incorrect size selection.
2. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How much does shipping cost? We keep it simple with a Flat Rate of $6.99 for all domestic orders within the United States.
How long will it take to receive my order?

Handling Time: 1 business day (order verification and printing).

Transit Time: 2 – 6 business days (delivery by USPS, UPS, or FedEx).

Total Time: You can expect your wearable art to arrive within 3 – 7 business days.
Do you provide tracking information? Absolutely. As soon as your order is printed and handed to the carrier, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking status to update.
Where do you ship from? Our creative and administrative hub is located in Tacoma, Washington. Depending on the specific product, your order will be shipped from our facility or one of our strategic fulfillment partners located closest to you to ensure the fastest delivery.
3. RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Because each item is custom-printed just for you, we cannot accept returns for a “change of mind” or incorrect size selection.
How long does it take to get a refund? Once your refund request is approved, we initiate the payment immediately. You will receive your funds back on your original payment method within 7 business days.
Do I have to pay for return shipping? If the return is due to our error (defective product or wrong item), Guidenim will cover all costs. You will pay $0 fees. If you are returning an item for an authorized secondary reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
4. PRODUCTS & CARE
What kind of printing technology do you use? We use state-of-the-art Direct-to-Garment (DTG) and sublimation printing. This ensures vibrant colors and a print that feels soft and integrated into the fabric, rather than a thick plastic layer on top.
How should I wash my Guidenim apparel? To keep your designs looking fresh, we recommend:

Do not iron directly on the graphic print.
