1. Inspection Process Once your return is received at our Tacoma facility, it will undergo a thorough inspection by our Quality Control team within 2 business days. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

2. Refund Approval & The 7-Day Window If your return is approved, your refund will be processed immediately. We guarantee that your credit will be initiated within 7 business days of the approval notification.   

3. Payment Method for Refunds The refund will be applied automatically to your original method of payment (e.g., Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, or Stripe). Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional days to post the transaction to your account after we have initiated the refund.

4. Partial Refunds There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

5. Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

  4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@guidenim.com.

6. Order Cancellations You may request an order cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order. After 12 hours, the order moves into production and fulfillment at our Tacoma hub and can no longer be cancelled.
