At Guidenim, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, our return process is designed to be simple and transparent.

1. Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Requests submitted after this 30-day period will not be eligible for return.   

2. Eligibility Requirements To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original, unused, and unwashed condition.

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.

  • Items must be free of pet hair, odors (like smoke or perfume), or any visible wear and tear.   

3. Return Process (RMA) To ensure your return is tracked correctly, you must follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Contact our support team at support@guidenim.com with your order number and the reason for your return.   

  • Step 2: Our team will review your request within 48 hours. Once approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide detailed shipping instructions.   

  • Step 3: Pack your item securely, including the RMA number inside the package, and ship it to our official return center:

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Preference: If you are returning an item due to a change of heart or choosing the wrong size, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged item or wrong product sent), Guidenim will provide a prepaid shipping label at no cost to you.   

5. Non-Returnable Items Personalized or custom-designed items are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive with a manufacturing defect.
