Because we specialize in Print-on-Demand (POD) products, our production line begins almost immediately after an order is confirmed. This allows us to maintain our 1-day handling time and get your creative apparel or accessories to you as quickly as possible.
However, we understand that mistakes can happen or minds can change. This policy outlines the specific windows and procedures for canceling or modifying your order.
1. THE 12-HOUR GRACE PERIOD
To balance our commitment to fast shipping with customer flexibility, we offer a 12-hour window for any cancellations or changes.

The Rule: You have exactly 12 hours from the moment you complete your purchase to request a cancellation or a modification.

Why the limit? After 12 hours, your order is automatically transmitted to our printing facility in Tacoma, WA, or our specialized partners. At this stage, the fabric is cut, and the ink is applied. Once the production process has physically started, we can no longer stop the order or reclaim the materials used.
2. HOW TO REQUEST A CANCELLATION
If you are within the 12-hour window and wish to cancel your order for a full refund:

Confirmation: Our team will process the cancellation and issue a full refund to your original payment method within our 7-day refund window. You will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation is complete.
3. REQUESTING CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
Within the same 12-hour window, you may request changes to your order details. These include:

Sizing Changes: If you realized you ordered the wrong size for your T-shirt or Hoodie.

Color/Design Changes: If you prefer a different color variant or a different graphic design.

4. ORDERS OUTSIDE THE 12-HOUR WINDOW
Once the 12-hour grace period has passed, your order is officially in the “Production” phase.

No Cancellations: We cannot cancel orders that have already been printed.

No Modifications: We cannot change sizes, colors, or designs once the printing machines have been set for your specific order.

Address Changes: We will try our best to update shipping addresses if the label hasn’t been printed, but we cannot guarantee this after the 12-hour mark.
5. REFUNDS FOR CANCELED ORDERS
When a cancellation is successfully processed within the allowed timeframe:

Full Refund: You will receive 100% of your payment back, including the $6.99 flat-rate shipping fee.

No Fees: Guidenim does not charge “cancellation fees” or “restocking fees” for orders canceled within the 12-hour window.

Processing Time: As per our Refund Policy, please allow up to 7 business days for the funds to return to your original payment method.
6. EXCEPTIONS AND SPECIAL CASES
If you receive your order and find that you still need a change (e.g., you need a different size but missed the 12-hour window), please refer to our Return Policy. While we do not offer free exchanges for customer errors (like choosing the wrong size), our support team in Tacoma may be able to offer a one-time discount code for a replacement order to help you get the perfect fit.
