3. OUR ACTIONS UPON NOTIFICATION

Upon receipt of a complete and valid DMCA Notice, Guidenim will:

• Expeditious Removal: We will act quickly to remove or disable access to the material claimed to be infringing.

• Notification: We will take reasonable steps to notify the individual who uploaded the content (the “User”) that we have removed or disabled access to their material.

• Internal Review: Our legal team will document the claim and monitor the User for any patterns of repeat infringement.

4. COUNTER-NOTIFICATION PROCEDURES

If your content was removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe this was a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a Counter-Notification. To be effective, the Counter-Notice must include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.

2. Identification of the material that has been removed and the location where it appeared before it was removed.

3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a “good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.”

5. We believe in fostering a community of original creators and will not tolerate systemic violations of property rights.

6. DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Guidenim acts as a service provider under the safe harbor provisions of the DMCA. We do not manually vet every design uploaded by third-party contributors but respond promptly to legal notices.

• No Liability for Removal: Guidenim shall not be liable to any user or third party for the removal of any content in compliance with this DMCA Policy.

• False Claims: Please be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages.
