Since we operate on a Print-on-Demand (POD) model, where items are made specifically for you, we have established the following guidelines to ensure fairness and efficiency.

1. The 7-Day Refund Guarantee

We understand that waiting for a refund can be stressful. Therefore, Guidenim commits to a rapid processing timeline:

  • Processing Period: Once your refund request is approved by our support team, the funds will be released back to your original payment method within 7 business days.

  • Confirmation: You will receive an automated email notification the moment the refund is initiated from our system in Tacoma, WA.

  • Note: Depending on your financial institution (Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, etc.), it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

2. No-Fee Refund Policy ($0 Costs for Valid Claims)

We believe you should never pay for a mistake that isn’t yours. If you receive an item that falls under our “Valid Refund Scenarios,” you will incur zero costs.

  • Zero Processing Fees: We do not charge “restocking” or “administrative” fees for refunds.

  • Full Reimbursement: We will refund 100% of the product price plus the original $6.99 flat-rate shipping fee if the entire order is defective.

3. Valid Scenarios for a Full Refund

You are eligible for a full refund or a free replacement (your choice) if:

  • Manufacturing Defects: The garment arrives with holes, tears, or structural damage.

  • Printing Errors: The graphic is significantly misaligned, uses the wrong colors, or has poor print quality (blurry or peeling).

  • Incorrect Item: You received a size, color, or design different from what is listed in your order confirmation.

  • Shipping Damage: The product was broken or damaged during transit by carriers like USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

As a POD business, we manufacture each item uniquely for the customer. Consequently, we cannot offer refunds for:

  • Incorrect Size Ordered: We provide detailed size charts on every product page to prevent this.

  • Change of Mind: Requests made after the product has entered production.

  • Address Errors: Orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

  • Missing Packages: Items marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but claimed as missing (please contact the carrier for these instances).

5. Order Cancellation Refunds

If you change your mind immediately after purchasing, you have a 12-hour grace period to cancel.

  • Within 12 Hours: You will receive a 100% immediate refund.

  • After 12 Hours: The order has been sent to our printers in Tacoma or our partner facilities and can no longer be refunded unless it arrives defective.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If the 7-day window has passed and you have not seen the credit:

  • Check your bank account or PayPal activity again.

  • Contact your credit card company; it may take time before the refund is officially posted.
